This is my favorite meditation on here that I’ve ever listened to. It was so relaxing and really made you feel like you were laying on the beach!

Very peaceful meditation to help drift us off us to sleep. It’s quite difficult to write out that this review because I am so relaxed and sleepy now that I have listened to the meditation. 😀 Listen to this meditation whenever you’re having a problem getting to sleep. Give it a chance to relax you!

Drift into sleep...
I felt warm and cozy after doing this meditation. I really enjoyed going to the beach through this meditation and have great memories of the beach in real life.

Beach without the sand
Wonderful imagery falling asleep after a peaceful walk on the beach under my favorite blanket was a great way to drift off. Slept amazingly well.
