This is a great one for some quiet time.
It is good to just sit. Be in the moment and be aware of your surroundings! Quiet is good sometimes.

Day three.

Helped calm me down
It helped calm me down from some of the anticipatory anxiety I've been feeling. I really needed this right now.

Resilience
A very clear guided meditation that is pleasing to listen to ,granting the listener license to simply "be".

Take the time to be with yourself.
Too often in this busy world with information and demands on our time coming at us from all directions we forget to take the time to truly experience what it is just to be with ourselves. When we don't make it a priority we miss all of the opportunities for increased self awareness, our capacity for joy and gratitude for just being alive.

Being requires relaxation
I relearned that being requires relaxation and awareness. I think when my day becomes busier, it will be important for me to keep this in mind.

Be with Open Awareness
I learned that with having the knowledge with everything around you but remaining still only looking and listening but not interpreting can bring calm

Open awareness is difficult!
It is quite hard not to think about what ifs or the day ahead while I do this.

3 minutes is very long when you wake up and be still
Instead of racing to chase emails and social media feeds or other habits taking time out to meditate with this app with my youngest daughter this morning to start the day and week is good enough.

Awareness.
I will try to keep the voice and directions while I go to sleep. Hope the calmness will carry in my thoughts. But I really prefer to hear the gentle voice all the way through the meditation.

Awareness
We have to have an Open Mind to be Aware of our Surroundings. We have to take a step back and put ourselves in somebody else's shoes. We may see things one way which may be totally different than the way somebody else see it. Be cautious in you're thinking always try to think before you speak. We can get the same point across in a good manner as you can in a bad manner and get a better easier outcome quicker. Everybody interprets things differently when there is something said there will be an action that will cause a reaction and there will be a consequence keep that in mind. Always be Aware and have Open Awareness.

Awareness
Just through a few minutes of slowing down my day and my thought allowed me to actually think about the things (even the smallest noises) all around. It showed me you that you mind moving fast doesn't really let you SEE, FEEL, or HEAR.

Sense awareness
My senses can contribute to my awareness of self, I can feel myself as well as everything around me

British Accent, Male Voice
I learned that relaxing with a male voice with a British accent is a REALLY refreshing change. I also learned that the more I can detach from the “ego” of my experience, and the more I can just be aware of the experience without judging it, the more I am truly present.

Wonderfully Clear
By taking just 7 minutes in the morning to be in the moment will improve the mood of my whole day. Loved how clearly he spoke. His accent and voice were comforting, clear and soothing.

Be present
I really enjoyed this meditation! I was able to really be in the present moment but because I'm not very good at standing still I could only stay in the present moment for a little before my mind taking over and getting distracted. I still went longer than i expected and am proud of that!

Open awareness
Enjoyed being mindful of what is going on around me in the here and now. It helps to keep my attention on the practice. Then I don’t have to focus on breathing quite as much.

Awareness in all 5 senses
Being aware of how my body is feeling is not just recognizing aches, pains, and pleasant sensations, but how my body is using my sense of touch. It’s good ruining through what all my senses are doing in the moment, to keep me in the moment. Namaste

Awareness
While I was doing this my dog started barking so I told him “I am aware of you” and in fact it enhanced the mediation for me.

What I Learned
Just be in the present moment without judgement. Notice sounds, smells, sensations
R
Rick
Listening is fun
What I saw didn’t change, what I felt was fairly static. Same with taste and smell. But when I let myself be aware of sound, it was constantly changing like a kaleidoscope.
E
Erin
Flexibility
I can meditate in unconventional settings, using the sounds and smells (and other senses) as part of the relaxation process rather than as distractions.
J
Joan
Open awareness
Calm and quiet. Then my phone buzzing. Trying to disregard it but very difficult. Then back to the stillness with the distant cawing of the crows and my cat in my lap

Just sit
I’m more relaxed, more open when lie down. Must I sit? I prefer savasana ( ? Spelling ). In yoga all the postures are preparation for meditation. No meditation; no yoga. Savasanna is the meditation posture / asana. Laying down with a straight & elongated spine. Hands are open, palms face the sky. Must I sit?
J
Joseph
Just sit
I know, I’m aware that I must sit. But I lay down. Refuse to sit. I’m resistant to rules, any rules. Like rules don’t apply to me. Rules are for “The Rulers”. ....Interesting? Thank you, Joseph.

Slowly
I learned that this is a process. I need to work at creating a habit of mindfulness. One day at a time, one session at a time.

Another Monday 1-29-18
Open Awareness. I was to pay attention to things around me: my little fur babies nails tapping on the floor, the cat playing with a toy, the sunlight coming through my eyes, my other fur baby enjoying the meditation, and my breathing. This was a good morning meditation. Thank you, Aura! Have a nice day, Everyone!😀

Feeling grounded in a beautiful world
I learned that it is important to take a few minutes out of your day to just be. To be grounded. To feel safe. To feel secure. To feel grateful. Like a grounded tree with the sun around me, noticing the wind go by and the sound of nature. It is important to feel grounded and safe.

3 minutes
I was kinda debating on buying the upgraded version so that I can get at least more than 3 minutes of mediation. But when I finally gave it a try it was perfect, because it gave me a sense of relaxation and only within 3 minutes. This is great for the mornings that I’m on my way to school early in the morning or in a rush. I only need 3 minutes to actually mediates. And then maybe 5 minutes to record my journal, mood and gratitude.

To be
To feel senses without judgment — to just observe and be. Detachment can create a freedom and a softness within yourself. I really love doing body scans because it gets me so in tune with my body and feels like a sort of practice of gratitude — like I am noticing and checking in on all of me that work so hard all day and that I take for granted. It is a recognition of the resiliency and welcome stillness of the body.

Becoming Aware...
Excellent meditation for surfside at a sunny beach!! Things I Am Becoming Aware of playing in this spatial theatre in my head he calls “Awareness” : Hearing the never ending rolling and crashing of waves on the sand ... , smelling the salty sea air... , feeling the warm sun on my glistening body(😏 yes he told me to open my eyes a little)... , even tasting the Khalua & coffee I was sipping earlier... just appreciating the awareness of being me right now in this moment... my last full day at the beach... (trying to store up the memories & feelings now to recall when I’m back up north in the non-hot weather!) ✌🏼❤️😎🌴

Open & Aware
Having a few minutes before, in the morning, before work to become more attuned with myself allows me to prep myself for the day. Sort of like emotional body armor. I’m become aware of my REAL mood and feelings then try my best to accept them. However I feel, or you feel, don’t forget to BREATHE.

Just Be
Just be-- this is an old phrase that I remember so well. A space that I was in at another time when I was focused and taking good care of myself. A phrase shared with a friend about staying in the moment and not getting caught up in all the drama. Something Im channeling and cultivating in myself now too 🙏🏼

Becoming present
I landed in my physical sensations, yet connected in an expansive breath with the air in the room and all of existence. Deep and nourishing this practice was!

Awareness
They say where attention goes, energy flows. This couldn’t be more apparent after just the trial 3 minute session. This may have been the most relaxed and into the moment I’ve been yet! All it took was for me to allow my awareness to remain centered on my senses. I guess it’s obvious but usually the most profound things are elegant through their simplicity. A huge thank you to the guide and of course Namaste!

Day 36
Just be in your experience in the present moment. I typically prefer guided meditations with breathing exercises or a repeated mantra, but the silence in this session was unexpectedly calming.
