This is a great one for some quiet time.
It is good to just sit. Be in the moment and be aware of your surroundings! Quiet is good sometimes.

Take the time to be with yourself.
Too often in this busy world with information and demands on our time coming at us from all directions we forget to take the time to truly experience what it is just to be with ourselves. When we don't make it a priority we miss all of the opportunities for increased self awareness, our capacity for joy and gratitude for just being alive.
