This mediation taught me to be with my breath. I noticed how calm my body feels when I'm only thinking about how to inhale and exhale.
I leaned that you can just take some time and breath
And hope you try this to 👍🏽😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
Gateway from my reality
This breathing mediation really took me somewhere else during the 3 mins. I was literally experiencing a whole different time and place which was amazing because I was more aware of myself.
Balance through breathing
I learned how much mental balance comes from breathing. Finding balance in my breath and being in line with my breath helps me finding mental balance as well.
Don't control the breath
I relearned that paying attention to the breath does not mean controlling the breath. Paying attention to breathing automatically slows my breathing to a calmer state.
I liked using the breath as a place to focus without judgment.
I learned that by focusing on your breathing you are not necessarily controlling it, but becoming one with it.
Focusing on a simple thing was nice after a bit of challenging work. I feel more relaxed and I believe I'm working with a clearer mind.
Doing this right before my night shift at work really helps to calm me down a bit
I learned that more silent meditations are for me. One day perhaps someone leading me will be helpful but for now it is even more distracting than just learning to breathe on my own...I'm working on it...
By simply focusing on my breathing I found my self more relaxed more calm and ready to face the days challenges. This is great! I might just subscribe.
That night after day the wave after the flotsam was a beautiful moment I am going well
Be with Breath
I learned to be more aware of what was happening around me, I feel quiet after a week of stress I feel much better and calmer and alive , I just think it helps a lot with life this week at work remembering the breath and body .
Just closing your eyes and focusing on your breathing for 3 minutes can change how your body feels and your outlook on your day
Often times, as we encounter life’s obstacles, we lose ourselves. We tend to dive-in too deep into our troubles with hopes of solving it—but one way or another, we end up drowning as we continuously forget to surface.
Learn to surface. Every breath counts as we swim through and as we dive deep into life’s trenches. It is only in taking a breath or two that we can ever go further.
I learned the beauty of simply breathing. I can do this anywhere and feel my stress level come down immediately. The best medicine in the world.
Breath Awareness Even in the Midsts of Distractions
I can be present and aware with my breath, even with my bird squawking and repeating “pretty puppy” over & over. In fact, I realize I can use this to calm myself when distractions become frustrating.
Be with Breath
Focusing again on my breath does bring my wandering mind back to the present, to just be. Namaste
It helped to focus on parts of the body where I was aware of the breath
Today at least, my mind just wanted to wander out of the present. That’s not usually the case, so I wonder what it’s chewing on of which my ego is unaware?
In the silence my brain still chatters, but my breath calms it all away
Not fully there
I felt I kept getting detracted with things
So I could not focus well
Its great because it’s always there. Taking some time it becomes a good friend, here and now.
Be With Breath
It’s hard to meditate first thing in the morning when you keep dozing off in the middle of the practice.
Breathing away the anxiety
It’s hard. Every breath helps take away a little bit of stress and anxiety.
3 minutes passes quickly when meditating, and stop pressuring me to write more!...............
Coming back to the breath is powerful. I feel incredibly anxious and I am grateful I have Aura in this time. The meditation helped but I think I will do another one because the anxiety is still here.
This one gave me a little peace. Life can be simple if we don't complicate it. Sometimes you have to just breathe.
I feel great.
Deep breathing exercises help, improved the feeling of relaxation for me !
I need to focus more on my life and live in the moment. I need to stop being so concerned about everyone and helping them. I must help myself.
I learned that once I have reached a moment of presence without judgment, it is important to congratulate yourself.
And feel I am alive and nobody can take that feeling away from me....
I appreciate the intentional attention that this practice allows. Focusing on what is actually happening in my body and mind is quite soothing.
When we focus on one thing we find how our attentions can wander. Learning how we can bring our focus back to the thing at hand is a very useful skill.
My body knows much more than I’m aware of
My body knows to breathe, and how to pace my breath to stay alive. My body knows, a lot more than my consciousness does. Or believes it does. A sobering thought: my body keeps me alive...
I learned that breathing is key. In and out. Just breathe. Sometimes I forget to breathe.
Being more in the moment helps you relax rather than thinking about the future and worrying.
idk i felt like a wave of calm wash over me
my breathing calmed my body from irrational stress and an eh mood from this morning
Following the breath helps me to feel the circulation of energy
Mindfulness Day 1
I felt a little distracted during this session. I learned that I really have to release the thoughts from my mind and focus on my breathing.
Meditation Reflection April 8
Did this mediation with my friends and it was great!!!!!!!!!
Grateful for what mstters
A reminder to truly see what matters most and make those things your priority.
Being Present with Breath
I needed this meditation this evening as I prepare to go to bed . A reminder to be in this present moment, so that I am able to relax into sleep after 2 days of the latest news events.
Awareness of just breathing
It’s good to just breath and not think about the breathing just observing it.
Observing the breath
It is nice to just observe the breath without thinking about it. I only had time for the 3 minute version. I will return to this one for the 7 minute.
To focus on the present moment
Being in the present
Just focus on my breathing to bring myself into the present moment
Be with Breathe
It is nice to be with my breathe for a little. To tune inward and just let go of the day for a little. I like making a conscious adjustment to my body such as lowering my shoulders to become more relaxed.
