This morning meditation will guide you to be the light you are as you let your light rise within you and shine bright. Gently let your eyes close, and take a long, nourishing breath in… and exhale slowly, letting the weight of the morning melt from your body. Again, inhale deeply, letting the air fill your belly, and exhale fully — softening your shoulders, relaxing your jaw, settling into this sacred pause.
