One of the natural ways that we can be present is by being still and scanning a relaxed awareness through the body, observing sensations, thoughts, and emotions.

Aware that I am needing to tune first thing in the morning as well as throughout the day.

Letting Go
I was able to use my breath to help myself relax and let go. The body scan was fascinating because I could envision a white light as I was breathing into each part of my body as I was scanning it.
