This was nice, I tweaked some settings last night when I couldn’t 😴. I put the sounds of the app on. Some nice rain and brainwaves and it played through this meditation 🧘‍♀️ in the background. It was really relaxing. Thank you 😊 for helping to bring together these sessions for me to access through Aura. They have a positive effect on the start of my day.
