This morning meditation will guide you in celestial stillness as it wraps around you like a gentle blanket of calm. Let your body begin to soften and find a comfortable position. Close your eyes gently. Take a slow breath in, and exhale gently, letting the day ahead wait for you. Again, inhale… and exhale.
