Feedback: the long narrative pause toward the end of this meditation pulled me out of my state of relaxation thinking something had gone amiss. I opened my eyes to discover that no, my phone had not timed out or gone to sleep. The audio program was indeed still running. Happy Thanksgiving day to my Aura family!
