Weird big pause
Feedback: the long narrative pause toward the end of this meditation pulled me out of my state of relaxation thinking something had gone amiss. I opened my eyes to discover that no, my phone had not timed out or gone to sleep. The audio program was indeed still running. Happy Thanksgiving day to my Aura family! I wish you all love, peace and happiness!

I am still needing more mindfulness around my body image and food plan during Pm meal and beyond. My bedtime greatly effects my morning, energy, and mood. Being more mindful during those nighttime meals is essential to start my next day refreshed and energized, which I love. I must have compassion for myself (in terms of last night) in order to succeed in the mindfulness practice practice today ...IN GODS GRACE

I could sense an Energy band moving downward from my Crown Chakra (top of my head) all the way down to my Root Chakra ( feet area) radiating a band of rays outward from my body. Feel an overall body cleanse took place and now I am clean Radiate Energy Man! Suggestive narrative was very effective!

By paying attention to the band of light, starting at my head top, I followed it down my body and felt a release of tension in my shoulders and lower legs (and I thought I was very relaxed already). I really liked this meditation. 🙏

I learned that i need to let things go. This is something that i have known i need to work on. But with this meditation, when shes talking about a white band i could feel as if i was pulling the negativity out of me. It was pulling the bad, the stress, the anger. I hope this helps me sleep a better night.

Oftentimes we are busy in auto pilot that we do not notice our body unless it screams at us about some ailment. And then there are other times we don’t want to experience our body because there is something we don’t like about it, essentially being at war with it. The problem with either case is a separation from embracing or inhabiting a full presence. In this very calming and grounding meditation, we are invited to be aware of every part of our body as a band of light nourishes it. Sitting in an upright position, I brought awareness to my breath. Aware of this breath, I opened the door to welcome in my body. A band of light began to swirl around the top of my head. As it continued down to touch every body part, I felt incredibly warm and nourished. Embodied with light, I am reminded of what is truly important today. To Be Love. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
