Helps with tension!
I liked this posture exercise more than I had expected :-) The few minutes I took to be mindful of my posture actually left me feeling as if I had just gotten a quick massage!
As someone who spends a lot of time at a desk, my spine and neck often carry a lot of tension after hours of reading/note-taking/typing. This helped me release a little of that tension and do some self-care for my body ๐
