Short and Sweet when you need it. A little meditation to pause, breathe and come back to your center. Stress, Anxiety, Worry, Uncertainty, Fear; are words that represent emotions that we as humans know very well. Evolved with us to keep us safe, we now deal with them on a regular basis. If you find yourself with the energy of one or more of these emotions and feel like it is becoming overwhelming, give yourself an 'eye of the storm' moment to come back to yourself, remember you are not your emotions. Anchor yourself with your breath, breathe out the stress. You deserve to feel peaceful. You are a strong steady spirit. Be gentle with yourself.
