A simple guided meditation to develop an awareness of the breath. When we become aware of the breath we can relieve stress symptoms and ruminative thinking. This is an exercise I usually practice with my students when they feel overwhelmed.

Sleepy or awake breath is there
Calming or energizing breath at every turn can be assist mind and body v the “H” breath pattern counting once introduced could drop the actual counting out loud. I like silence as part of my experience. The back ground music was particularly lovely
