A lot of our tiredness is due to the overload of our mind. It takes a lot of energy to worry, to ruminate, to let the mind go wild in random thoughts. Awareness of breath is a skillful meditation that will give your mind a rest. Using the breath as an anchor regularly throughout the day will help to rejuvenate, bring clarity and calm.

Breath as an anchor
Sitting comfortably, my awareness of my belly rising and falling as I breathe. When thoughts or emotions creep in, I start counting 1, 2,3.... , with each inhalation and expiration; that brings me back to my focus. I’m also aware of my body in relation to its position on the couch; I feel the contact points but aren’t distracted by them. I think this is a great guided meditation for the breath. 🙏💙

Beautiful
The best thing about this app might be more about the voices of all these people. Somehow I find them all very soothing, especially when combined with music and deep breathing. This one is exceptional.

This didn’t work for me at all
Perhaps it was the extra long length of the session or the plethora of noises in the house tonight, but I grew bored quickly and my mind wandered away completely.

I learned that your body heaves in a upward state and upon releasing your breath your calmness takes over your body face to feet and normal breathing creates a calming body
