Start your day with this powerful morning breathing practice to help you awaken your energy and get ready for the day ahead with more focus and peace. This pranayama will make you feel more alive, clearer in the mind, and connected to the Life within you. We start gently, with some somatic awareness to help you ground your nervous system, and then we increase the pace with a bit faster and more focused breathing. As this practice involves dynamic breathing and breath holds, please avoid it if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, or are pregnant. If you feel dizzy, just take it slowly and stop if you feel uncomfortable. Always listen to your body. This breath is powerful if you stay present, awake, and aware. Enjoy!
