Burnout can build up slowly over time. It can take weeks, months, sometimes years to build up. It can slowly creep up on us without us realizing it. To avoid burnout it's important to understand the warning signs and what to look out for. The good news is that there are plenty of things you can do to help prevent yourself from reaching that burnout stage.

Burnout
Great meditation. Handling burnout is tough. I remember raising my children and working full time. It was crazy. I just wake up the next morning and keep going.

Take rest.
Take a 60 sec rest between tasks with a deep breath and tapping toes and wiggling toes to reconnect to your body. Don’t tell yourself you’re burnt out … say you’re finding ways to recharge your energy. Walk amongst trees and out your feet in grass to reconnect and take time. Keep a sleep routine to allow for adequate rest.
