I loved the imagery of a large peaceful lake then concentrating on one flower I saw a yellow flower next to the lake then visualizing a mountain I thought of Washington Olympic National park
I learned that as I concentrate on my breathing then visualizing is easier and more peaceful. I feel so relaxed and a little sleepy.
