Among everything, be grateful
It's easy for us to keep remembering all the negativity that happens to us & that's surrounding us, but let's not forget to give thanks for the small good things that happen, because those things are the ones that count the most: blessings in disguise. Often times, it's not perceived, but everything that happens, happens for a reason: be it to make us grow & even learn. Be grateful for the experiences that come your way.
Attitude of Gratitude
Gratitude is freedom from want, anger and frustration. I am worthy of receiving all the gifts life has given, and I am thankful. Gratitude is the seed, the essence of happiness. Namaste. 🙏🏻💕

Feeling safe and grateful
For this practice I took myself to the quiet clear water Tampa Bay Florida. I pictured myself I’m beach hugging my mother . We were laughing about the way she dances around to 70s music I’m the radio. I also visualize floating in the water on my back. This was very nice because the water was clear, calm , and not very crowded. Additionally, in my head, the weather was perfect. It was sunny , Breezy, and not too hot. I like to keep myself very busy, so it was nice to imagine a place with no expectations for myself. The gratitude for my mother, as well as the mental image of fits perfect day at the beach, helped me to relax the tension in my legs. In fact , I found this sensation of gratitude so calming and relaxing that I nearly fell asleep. I am grateful for the life coaches and others who work for aura . Thank you for putting this track together and introducing me to this practice. It was a wonderful experience, which made me feel safe and grateful. I will definitely use this meditation, when I need to cultivate feelings of safety and gratitude in the future. I am also grateful for the community on this app. Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I hope everyone is OK, happy, and well.

Letting yourself feel grateful
This session did a great job guiding you from your current emotions to feeling more blessed. I learned that we can acknowledge our negative feelings for what they are, and continue to live with gratitude. It does not always have to be a constant battle between negative and positive emotions, because when we acknowledge and surrender to what we feel, there’s less tension, and more peace.
As I opened myself to gratitude in this meditation I could feel myself softening and loosing anxiety and frustration.
