We often forgot to appreciate ourselves, people and things that had helped us. Rather than focusing on what is working well, we focus on what's wrong. Gratitude meditation is one of the ways to let go of negativity and embrace positive emotions, so you be free and happy.

Among everything, be grateful
It's easy for us to keep remembering all the negativity that happens to us & that's surrounding us, but let's not forget to give thanks for the small good things that happen, because those things are the ones that count the most: blessings in disguise. Often times, it's not perceived, but everything that happens, happens for a reason: be it to make us grow & even learn. Be grateful for the experiences that come your way.
Attitude of Gratitude
Gratitude is freedom from want, anger and frustration. I am worthy of receiving all the gifts life has given, and I am thankful. Gratitude is the seed, the essence of happiness. Namaste. 🙏🏻💕
