Feeling safe and grateful
For this practice I took myself to the quiet clear water Tampa Bay Florida. I pictured myself I’m beach hugging my mother . We were laughing about the way she dances around to 70s music I’m the radio. I also visualize floating in the water on my back. This was very nice because the water was clear, calm , and not very crowded. Additionally, in my head, the weather was perfect. It was sunny , Breezy, and not too hot. I like to keep myself very busy, so it was nice to imagine a place with no expectations for myself. The gratitude for my mother, as well as the mental image of fits perfect day at the beach, helped me to relax the tension in my legs. In fact , I found this sensation of gratitude so calming and relaxing that I nearly fell asleep.
I am grateful for the life coaches and others who work for aura . Thank you for putting this track together and introducing me to this practice. It was a wonderful experience, which made me feel safe and grateful. I will definitely use this meditation, when I need to cultivate feelings of safety and gratitude in the future.
