I re-learned the importance of dwelling on happy moments. I think I first read that in one of Rick Hanson’s books. He wrote about how much time we spend on negative experiences vs. how quickly we let go of the happy ones. This meditation brought back the happy feeling I got this morning playing with my little Lexie dog. I’ll soon be with my great grandkids and doing this meditation will help me enjoy the little darlings even more than I typically do!

This meditation was actually hard for me. I have so much negative going on in my life that it was hard to find what makes me happy. Even the simplest things. But when I was finally able to visualize the things that do make me happy, I left myself in that moment. Soaked it in, and let my whole body be filled with that light energy. I definitely feel a lot better, I have to continuously remind myself of these little things and enjoy them.

Feelings of joy don’t have to be fleeting
We can recall within ourselves the warmth and happiness of past experiences. Recent events as well as those threatening to fade into distance are there for intentional thought. With each joyful experience we can reinforce those memories. Combine them. Focus them. Use this as a tool when ever needed. Why would we need only on happy occasions to recount happiness? Why not work to associate positive energy whenever faced with negative? This will be my next goal of personal practice. To develop an automatic reaction that can bring forth my own stores of positivity whenever faced with its opposite. To program my mind to trigger on negativity and double down with pleasure.

I am using George Harrison here. This meditation is of that song “within you, without you”. Gives a feeling of thankfulness and friendship to all, as I was tuning up with the innocent joy of animals, people... and so on. Will be doing this often and longer.

In this short and wonderful meditation, Lauren has us visualize an inner smile radiating throughout our body. Doing this can give us a sense of enlivenment and thus, wake us up to sensations of happiness, joy and bliss. Feeling these sensations can also raise our vibrational frequencies to states of love, peace, joy and gratitude. This is important because when we have high vibrational frequencies, we feel good. When we feel good, the more we see good. The more we see good, the more we attract good things into our lives. I took a deep breath as one hand was on my heart and the other hand was on my belly. I began to visualize an inner smile radiate throughout my body. As each cell of my body became awakened by this beautiful inner smile, sensations of happiness, joy and bliss spread throughout my body and I observed my lips form in the shape of a smile. I began thinking about everything in my life that give me these sensations. To just name a few, my loving mother came to my mind. Our wonderful dogs and cats came to my mind and the smell of the fragrant aroma of carnations came to my mind. Feeling this sense of enlivenment radiating throughout my entire being, my vibrational frequencies have also been raised to their highest states! Thank you, Lauren! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

It’s before my medications and coffee have kicked in, so quite difficult for me to articulate and type; however thanks to Cherish for her wonderful reflection, I gave this a try and I am now smiling inside and out and will be getting on with my day hoping I can continue this feeling. Energizing...
What a quick & Energizing session!! Thank you Cherish for recommending it❣️ I immediately felt a rush of very happy cells on my first in-breathe. I saw thousands of little smile faces 😃 racing from my lungs thru my arteries to my heart, where they picked up speed and were sent out thru the rest of my body. My yellow smiley cells were reproducing quickly into more and more as my whole body started to glow yellow! Then I could feel them all pulsate and dance together in rhythm to my heartbeat...my body was having a hard time containing them (it was like having a bunch of 5 year olds hopped up on sugar and stuck in one small room in your house). Just as the thought that I could not control them any more came to mind, she said “let go!” ...and I did ... and immediately I transformed into this big, bright yellow joy radiating sunshine 🌞!! Wowie as our friend Irene would say! Energizing Bunny watch out!! Walter J is on the loose! Highly recommended! Have a Joy-full day! Spread the Joy! Radiate it!! ❤️🌞🍀 👍🏼✌🏼 😃

With a hand over my heart and one over my belly as I breathed in I visualized an inner smile that spread throughout my whole body. This gave me feelings of joy and bliss from within. Amped Up!
This short, but extremely powerful meditation illustrates the saying, what we think about, we bring about. We can do anything with our imagination. We can be anything with our imagination and we can feel anything with our imagination. Settling inwards, I took a deep breath and then visualized and inner smile growing. From the top of my head down to my feet, all of my cells were opening and receiving this glorious energy of an inner smile. Then I brought joy in by visualizing what I am grateful for. With every single breath, I envisioned my cells pulsating with aliveness. I dropped the grateful images and sat back in loving awareness, witnessing this ever changing landscape of this body. Completely full of blissful aliveness, I am amped up! Amped up for the endless possibilities this new day and new week brings! May I be a beacon of light for all! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
