Hard to breathe in on self love equally hard to exhale shame
My 1st ASMR session ever
Slight tingles but got my mind off the breathing part and focus in on what thoughts will help me manifest things within myself. Thank you so much.
I’m in the process of packing to move.Have to move , Mom passed away last may , too many memories here and house is too big and empty!
Even though this session is intended for bedtime, this was exactly what I needed this morning to feel empowered and ready to take on another day. Thank you Anna for creating this session! I enjoyed all the affirmations. It is a session I will revisit.
Was feeling rough this morning at work listened to this and it calmed my thoughts down
Affirmations I’d like to include:
I am strong. I am calm.
The whispery / breathy voice surprised me at first, but then I relaxed into the session.
I feel this is more of a morning session than a sleep one.
Spine tingling !
Wow! Had me shaking my head in agreement! Full body shudders! Can’t think of any affirmations to add at the moment!!!
I did not like the voice at all.
I found it creepy. I’m sorry, but it just wasn’t okay for me.
I felt calm and held.
I can be speak kinder to my inner self. I connected with her voice in a real way.
