I noticed that when I pray & meditate it’s so relaxing
I noticed that when I pray & meditate those negative thoughts just leave my mind some more positive thoughts enter my mind and when they do I start to feel so much better about myself and I feel so much more comfortable with my day and I feel so happy again I noticed that when I pray I feel those negative things just leave my mind and when I am thinking about my friend Kambrisha who just passed away from COVID-19 the music just really relaxes me and calms me down
