Enjoy This Moment
Most of us are rushing through life and we tend to always think about what we have to do next. This can create added stress to our lives. In this Life Coaching session, there is a story about a man that goes through the motions of life and by thinking about what is coming next, he had forgotten about what he was doing in the here and now.
This session really resonated with me. I’ve been under a great deal of stress lately and thinking about the future. By doing this, I have completely forgotten about my life in the present moment. This has only added unnecessary stress into my life.
While listening, I began to slow down. With my feet firmly on the ground and doing some breathing, I brought my mind home to my body and I was back to the present moment. Now, I am grounded and I am mindful of the present moment. This was a very welcoming session! Namaste! 🙏🏻❤️😊
