In our world today, we are subtly taught to focus on the flaws in others. But when we start retraining our brains to notice their goodness instead, we are actually investing in our own happiness. When we are able to notice others' virtues, we are better able to appreciate it in ourselves as well. That appreciation for goodness is what we will be practicing in this meditation. Appreciative Joy
I love meditations that make me feel giddy and full of cheer ๐Ÿ˜Š When I refill myself with these feelings I can better pass them along to others. I will remember how his meditation made me feel and try even harder to be like this meditation for others in my life!

Gratitude
What I enjoy most about meditation is the deep sense of gratitude I feel after. Gratitude for the peace it gives me as well as an appreciation for the challenges in my life.

Be kinder
Iโ€™ve listened to this before going to bed and I realized that sometimes we can make someone happy only by smiling to them or by holding them the door, etc. And by being kind, we get kindness back. You can be sure that tomorrow iโ€™ll be kinder with people I meet and if I can help someone I will without any hesitation

I completely wandered off. Oh wow! Look at the shinny happy thought over there....next I know, the mediation had ended. Minimum of 2 mins to notice ( guessing ..maybe 5 mins ) and I do not have the faintest idea about the meditation. Thank you, Joseph
