The Day’s End 10-27-17
This particular mediation was on appreciation, and something happened today that I was so appreciative of, I was just got the biggest grin..my mom sent me much needed money. Then I thought of a memory that I appreciated and that was living close to the beach when I was a teenager, I don’t now, but they were appreciative memories. What a great mediation to go to bed by. Good night all my Aura friends! Good night Aura!

It helps to take time to focus and appreciate the good things that happen throughout the day, many times they are very simple things but they can leave you feeling very happy. Expect and watch as good things happen throughout the day.

I Appreciate...
I learned that it doesn’t have to be a big 'thing' in order for you to appreciate what someone did,or will do, for you. I appreciate having my father and sister in my life. I’m grateful for being able to laugh, cry, be upset, and play argue with my father and sister.

We must take time to be grateful for all the amazing things in life. Life is a rat race and if we do not slow down and feel grateful for the world and life around us it will be gone before we know it.
