Powerful meditation to appreciate what we have. Allow healing to happen as you go through step by step on appreciating our mind and body. You have the resources you need. Just tune in with them.

Gee...thanks
This exercise in being grateful for the little things you take for granted each day didn't really hold my attention much. I dozed off during it, and had to rouse myself to finish up when I realized what had happened!

This meditation was so therapeutic and powerful for the mind. It really helped to shift my perspective and allowed me to look at the bigger picture. We really are blessed and we always have so much to be thankful for. Iโ€™m beyond grateful for this life I have to live. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑโœจ

Appreciating what we already have
Be aware and count your blessings. When we take them for granted, we can become unhappy.

Such a simple meditation in that itโ€™s all about appreciating things we have every day, like our senses. Itโ€™s something we rarely do, and yet itโ€™s so simple to do. I really connected with appreciating my nose and my ability to smell and breathe through it. Earlier this year, I had to have surgery to correct parts of my nose in order to be able to breathe, as I wasnโ€™t able to through it whatsoever. Itโ€™s such a small thing that can be taken for granted, as over time my nose got worse and worse but at one point I could breathe through it. The day that I started being able to breathe through it again after surgery, it felt like a miracle. Itโ€™s something to appreciate every day, as we never know when we could lose one of our senses. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

We often forget the little and simple things in life, but these are the things that give us life. This wonderful meditation reminds us of that by becoming appreciative of what we already have. Becoming mindful of my breath, I became thankful for the life it has given me. Becoming mindful of my surroundings, I became thankful for all of senses; my ability to see hummingbirds pollinating flowers, my ability to hear birds chirping in the morning, my ability to taste an array of flavors, my ability to smell sugar cookies baking at Christmastime, my ability to touch a hand of a loved one to show I care and my ability to feel the warmth of a hug from a loved one. Taking a little time to become mindful of these things brought a smile to my face and gratitude in my heart. Thank you, Karuna for this simple, but powerful meditation and reminding me to be grateful for the simple things in life! Namaste! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Š

It worked
I haven't been sleeping well at all for about a week. I thought I was too tired and sad to meditate. But the session worked for me and I was able to let go and really meditate. Yay!

Grateful
I forgot to appreciate little things in life. I am very grateful for everything I have, even all the experiences both good and bad ones for giving me the opportunity to learn and grow and thrive to be the best version of myself each day.
