Inner self compassion= relief
Let me start off by saying- I was in the beginnings of a full blown panic attack. Way beyond the point of baseline anxiety.
I pulled myself out of it. By reassuring the inner small child in me, I reassured the 29 year old myself panicking. Self compassion and looking at yourself from an outside perspective really truly helps to ground yourself away from the piles of thoughts from fear.
Definitely using this again!
