Sometimes at bedtime, it feels like you’ve got “ants in your pants” and can’t sit still! In this playful exercise, kids will squeeze and relax different body parts, learning how to let go of wiggles and calm the body. By the end, they’ll feel cozy, peaceful, and ready for sleep.
