Five minute gratitude
Thank you. To think of the miracles and gifts the first five minutes after my eyes open in the morning. I woke up. I am alive. I woke up in a bed and warm house. I can see. I can lift my body up in the bed. I can place my feet on the floor. I can walk. I can go to the bathroom unassisted. I have running clean water. Clean clothes which i can out on myself. I have food and drink. I can hear and speak. To pause and think of those first five minutes. Thank you for this meditation. Blessings

Has been filled with anxiety and fear. Health scare etc. but the gratitude mindset always shines through. Gratitude for so many blessings in my life. Thankyou so much for the reminder ๐Ÿ’
