Interesting Experience
Cassandra guides you to first just focus on breathing through your nostrils. As my focus went there, it felt weird at first like my eyes were cross eyed. I could feel the sensation of my nostrils flaring in and out which was a neat sensation. Then Cassandra guides you to just focus on breathing through your left nostril. And, then visualize breathing through your left foot back up to your left nostril. After a few times focusing on my left side, I felt a deeper heaviness on that side. Switching to focus on my right side, I felt my breath was light as well as a tingling sensation in my foot. As this session comes to a close, focusing on breathing through both sides of your body which gave me a feeling like waves washing over me. I am feeling refreshed. This would be a great session for anyone that is having a hard time just focusing on the breath.

Focus
I found it bizarrely interesting how easily I could focus my attention whatever was instructed. Helpful meditation for isolating senses.
