This morning meditation will guide you to breathe into the loneliness and discover the beauty in being alone. Settle in and find your calm center. Place your hand gently on your midsection, and release any tension and stress. Now, breathe deeply, Slowly. Deeply. Feel your hand rise and fall as it rests on your midsection. Living alone. Being alone. These can sometimes be tough. And, there are times in life When we compare ourselves to others. We see their partner, their marriage, and the children they have. And we feel lonely.
