This short practice guides you in bringing acceptance to body and mind. So that no matter how you feel or think, whatever sensations, emotions, and thoughts are here right now, you have the capacity to ride the waves through simply being with it all.

Releasing…
Great session to get rid of all my unwanted thoughts and labels. I closed my eyes and took a big breath and upon exhaling I ‘saw’ letter-sized sheets of paper-like mailing labels coming off of me and being blown away by a breeze. I kept ‘molting’ these layers off of me like I was a cat shedding its winter coat in spring. I would pull some off and others fell off or were blown off. I could not make out what the writing was on each one but it felt good to get rid of them! Eventually, they slowed down and I had to tug and pull the last couple off. I was left with my true authentic self standing there in all my naked and pure glory. The temperature was just right with a slight hint of a warm breeze flowing over my body. I stood there… refreshed… content … not needing a thing… for what seemed like a lifetime of moments… just as I thought I got a whiff of freshly baked bread… Mmmm… I hear a familiar tune, that signals my time is up… and I find myself back in my bed, ready to take on the new day in a calm assured way that I will get done what I need to get done, no more, no less. After all, it is what it is and that is ok. ❤️☮️🍀

Less pain
I noticed that even though I had pain in my foot (because I can’t move since my fur baby is using me as a back rest) as I focused my breathing the pain wasn’t as obvious
