We are all busy with schedules and responsibilities filling our days to the brim and having no time for ourselves. We are always on the go, trying to do more and be more. This leaves us feeling drained and oftentimes resentful. In order to find freedom in our lives, we need to create space for it. Space for relaxation, space for peace, and space for joy. There are no excuses for allowing yourself 15 minutes a day to sit in silence and breathe. We need to recenter ourselves and remember what is essential. Fill your life with people and things that bring you happiness. Live in the present moment and let go of what is pulling you down.
