Let it flow
In this meditation, we are being invited to release our emotions, our thoughts in the best way possible for us. There wouldn’t be a need to hold on to something that no longer serves you. It is imperative to understand that everything changes; any situation you’re going through will pass. “This too shall pass”, echoes in my mind & resonates in my heart. Let all the chains that hold you down, loose so you can be free of it all.
Allow emotions
I learned that any emotions may arise. Just let them be and continue your journey. No need to stop them or block them.
