This morning meditation will guide you to allow change to flow and trust in the process. Find a quiet space where you can truly relax, where you can leave behind the demands of your day. Take a long, Deep breath in, allowing your body to settle. With each breath, release what no longer serves you—just let it drift away. Now, close your eyes and let your body soften into the space you’re in. Let go of any tension you might be holding— Starting with your shoulders. Feel them drop, melting down your back.
