Nice!
Kid sitting my best friend’s two young nephews during this quarantine in California. She’s fostering them but school is closed and she’s a pharmacy technician and must work for everyone’s health. Cassandra’s mantra of All Is Well is appropriate for our current ”now”!

Moment of Reassurance
Being cooped up and constantly fed negative information, this meditation gave me space to clear my mind and relax my body. 5 min of reassurance to myself and recognizing my body’s need to relax helped ease my mind with this short mantra. Simple, effective, well timed.

Breathe in... breathe out
With each breath we take, we fill our lungs with the reassurance to keep on going; to live. With each breath released, we reassure our bodies that any ailment is temporary, any pain is temporary... and we need to understand that by worrying, stressing about it, we only add to that. Remember that, even if they dont seem that way, all is well... we need to tell ourselves that because this too shall pass.

Problem
I have a physical problem on which my OCD rarely allows me to stop fixating and it creates a lot of tension in me. For the duration of this meditation, I was able to use will power to override the fixation and relax. It was pleasant and gave me hope that maybe I can accomplish it more often.
