Nice!
Kid sitting my best friend’s two young nephews during this quarantine in California. She’s fostering them but school is closed and she’s a pharmacy technician and must work for everyone’s health. Cassandra’s mantra of All Is Well is appropriate for our current ”now”!

All is well
Cassandra, yes! Simple and powerful! Added ‘all is well’ to ‘better, better, better’ to enrich daily meditations! Thanks.

Absolute peace can be present
I pause to remind myself that no matter what is going on in my life at this moment, all IS well. Everything works out. Outcomes may not be what I want, but they are exactly what I need.

All is well
I learned that say that “All is well” relaxed my body more. I didn’t realize even when sitting in a relaxed state that I was still so tense.

I was able to release my anxiety.
I learned that breathing can definitely change your mood. I will remember to meditate daily to improve my vibration as well.

Moment of Reassurance
Being cooped up and constantly fed negative information, this meditation gave me space to clear my mind and relax my body. 5 min of reassurance to myself and recognizing my body’s need to relax helped ease my mind with this short mantra. Simple, effective, well timed.

Breathe in... breathe out
With each breath we take, we fill our lungs with the reassurance to keep on going; to live. With each breath released, we reassure our bodies that any ailment is temporary, any pain is temporary... and we need to understand that by worrying, stressing about it, we only add to that. Remember that, even if they dont seem that way, all is well... we need to tell ourselves that because this too shall pass.

Problem
I have a physical problem on which my OCD rarely allows me to stop fixating and it creates a lot of tension in me. For the duration of this meditation, I was able to use will power to override the fixation and relax. It was pleasant and gave me hope that maybe I can accomplish it more often.

I am well
Today I realized that being calm and grounded allows me to remove myself from the seriousness of life. Its not in my control and I need to release that.

I am well
I have too much anxiety about my health even though I'm a healthy man. Not every little thing is something serious to worry about. If you feel nervous tell yourself that you are well.

All is Well Right Now
I can get myself to focus on breathing to relax my body and my mind, but I am Only able to be in that “state” temporarily.

As long as I'm breathing...
All is well. It must be. As long as I'm breathing. The rhythm of my breath reminds me that from the day I was born.. I have had this same soundtrack playing in the background. Never getting tired of the beat... Never missing a beat.. as it is vital to my existence. I am a living breathing entity. I am alive.. and I am well.

Well
By itself not the most positive adjective but paired with all is...makes everything just so.

I noticed that during this meditation, I began to sit up straighter and I noticed I was smiling more. I really liked how this session made me feel all warm inside by the end of it. I feel really relaxed and happy!

All is well
Notice and feel your breath. Know that all is well at the moment, say the mantra all is well and repeat as you are breathing in and out

All IS Well
While I thought that I was already focusing on the positives of tough situations, today’s emotions proved otherwise. Using the “All Is Well...” meditation, finally relaxed. Great one for many occasions. Will be using on my own.

All is well.
I noticed that I preferred to say the full statement during the inhalation, and take a silent exhalation to let the words settle within me.

All is well
Not being ok is ok. Deep breathing helps with stress. Saying to myself all is well made a difference in my thought process.

All is well
Noticing the breaths and my heartbreak don’t match so I’m nervous. The water and I worked well. I’m a fire sign and water cools it out.

Seeing the moment
This is my second or third time going through this meditation. I have now adopted “All Is Well” as my go-to mantra. The deeper realization is that I must learn to inherently recognize the present where all is well. Not will be well but IS. Seeing the wellness and maybe even the joy of the moment amid current challenges and difficulties.

My breathing talks with the body
Imagined or not, my stiff shoulders eased and relaxed when my mind, through my breathing, spoke to the body - All is well. Amazing. The mind-body connect through breathing. Simply amazing physiology.
