All is NOT well
Stupid stressful day! I'm very unhappy with the directions this day has taken so far. It's got me quite angry overall. Need to try and relax but still accomplish some tasks, and it's not getting any better yet. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

Not As Easy To โ€œBe Wellโ€
Very short exercise didnโ€™t help lift me. Iโ€™m on a bit of a meditation binge trying to settle a racing mind and body that needs sleep and this unfortunately wasnโ€™t anything helpful in such a short amount of time. Felt like the old stand by โ€œtell yourself itโ€™s okโ€ which is not enough for most people to get through the day or even just some moments of extreme stress

All is well
I noticed that what I think about affects what my body does. What I think changes how I behave, how I relax.

All Is Well
Repeating the phrase โ€œall is wellโ€ is a powerful way to change any negative thinking into a positive. On your inhale you say โ€œall isโ€ and on the exhale say โ€œwellโ€. Great meditation to start my day with. I am also setting the intention that all is and will be well for the day.

Finding Focus
Been living my life mostly in constant flight or fight mode and struggle at times to calm it all down. Used this at lunch and it certainly brought some calm to the storm.

Three Simple Words
Taking some time to check in with ourselves and feeling where we feel our breath in our body is a very good technique to use to get out of our mind for awhile. Saying a mantra while we are aware of our body- mind connection gives us a sense of well-being. Becoming aware of my breath, I centered on my belly rising and falling. Just being with my breath and taking a break from my thoughts, I felt a sense of ease. Saying all is on my inhale and well on my exhale, I was quickly reminded that indeed, all is well in this moment. I am breathing. I can move my entire body. All of my senses are in good working order. Itโ€™s amazing how much my overall well-being has increased just by saying these three simple, yet powerful words! Thank you Cassandra! Day 1
I noticed the sound was helping my mind to focused. I feel lighter than before I began. And the meditation felt faster than normal.
