All is NOT well
Stupid stressful day! I'm very unhappy with the directions this day has taken so far. It's got me quite angry overall. Need to try and relax but still accomplish some tasks, and it's not getting any better yet. 😡😡😡

Not As Easy To “Be Well”
Very short exercise didn’t help lift me. I’m on a bit of a meditation binge trying to settle a racing mind and body that needs sleep and this unfortunately wasn’t anything helpful in such a short amount of time. Felt like the old stand by “tell yourself it’s ok” which is not enough for most people to get through the day or even just some moments of extreme stress

All is well
I noticed that what I think about affects what my body does. What I think changes how I behave, how I relax.

All Is Well
Repeating the phrase “all is well” is a powerful way to change any negative thinking into a positive. On your inhale you say “all is” and on the exhale say “well”. Great meditation to start my day with. I am also setting the intention that all is and will be well for the day.

Finding Focus
Been living my life mostly in constant flight or fight mode and struggle at times to calm it all down. Used this at lunch and it certainly brought some calm to the storm.

Three Simple Words
Taking some time to check in with ourselves and feeling where we feel our breath in our body is a very good technique to use to get out of our mind for awhile. Saying a mantra while we are aware of our body- mind connection gives us a sense of well-being. Becoming aware of my breath, I centered on my belly rising and falling. Just being with my breath and taking a break from my thoughts, I felt a sense of ease. Saying all is on my inhale and well on my exhale, I was quickly reminded that indeed, all is well in this moment. I am breathing. I can move my entire body. All of my senses are in good working order. It’s amazing how much my overall well-being has increased just by saying these three simple, yet powerful words! Thank you Cassandra! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Lowering...
Very nice meditation. Simple as could be... 1) Breathe in & think “All is...” & 2) breathe out & think “well”... 3) Repeat Done a couple times & it calmed me right down. Lowered any anxious thoughts trying to creep in, relaxed me and restored hope in my ability to meet and exceed any expectations for the day. Hope everyone has a relaxed and productive day! ❤️☮️🍀

A short pause whenever you can fit three minutes, to just return to your breath, body, calm the mind, release tension and anxiety, guided by this calm voice and simple but inspiring words. Thank you!

Motivation for my Sunday
Took some pressure off of myself because I didn’t get the things done around the house that I wanted to. I chilled instead. Gave me a sense that all is well and I’ll get done whatever I get done on this Sunday.

Stressed
I learned that in the midst of stress and uncertainty, it is possible to find calm and that even if I don’t always feel it, I’m going to be ok.

All is well
I could feel my mind clear. I had a hard time sleeping due to intrusive thoughts. This morning some continued. I could feel a gentle lifting of these thoughts. Maybe not completely but it's a start!
