Three Simple Words
Taking some time to check in with ourselves and feeling where we feel our breath in our body is a very good technique to use to get out of our mind for awhile. Saying a mantra while we are aware of our body- mind connection gives us a sense of well-being.
Becoming aware of my breath, I centered on my belly rising and falling. Just being with my breath and taking a break from my thoughts, I felt a sense of ease. Saying all is on my inhale and well on my exhale, I was quickly reminded that indeed, all is well in this moment. I am breathing. I can move my entire body. All of my senses are in good working order. It’s amazing how much my overall well-being has increased just by saying these three simple, yet powerful words! Thank you Cassandra! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
