Today we are going to do some afternoon pick-me-up affirmations. This is a great way to add some motivation mid-day to make your day better or even better! In order for affirmations to really work it helps to see them, say them, and then feel them. So while we are saying them together today, really tune into the feeling of them and hold the feeling for the moment. I feel invigorated…inspired!

I learned that it’s ok for me to take up space in this world! That I deserve to be happy and loved. Respected and joyful, to lead and be lead. Teach and learn. To inspire, even though I don’t think I can. Allow myself to feel, that it’s ok to feel! And most important; I’m safe here. I feel safe here. I don’t need outside validation. Although it would be nice, lol. I’m validating myself and it’s ok to do that.
