Today we are going to do some afternoon pick-me-up affirmations. This is a great way to add some motivation mid-day to make your day better or even better! In order for affirmations to really work it helps to see them, say them, and then feel them. So while we are saying them together today, really tune into the feeling of them and hold the feeling for the moment. To add some extra power to these affirmations you can listen to them again and write them out and feel the feelings as you're writing them.
