Great reminder to take a few minutes to love on ourselves with positive thoughts & words. Thoughts are the seeds of our actions which then produce our results. So as we take time to think loving thoughts toward ourselves & others, we are going to act more lovingly and produce more love in ourselves & the world! Once you understand there is only One energy (with countless forms) then you just need to think loving thoughts, to act from love to produce love for all! How fun (& easy)is that!?! ❤️🍀❤️
