Great reminder to take a few minutes to love on ourselves with positive thoughts & words. Thoughts are the seeds of our actions which then produce our results.
So as we take time to think loving thoughts toward ourselves & others, we are going to act more lovingly and produce more love in ourselves & the world!
Once you understand there is only One energy (with countless forms) then you just need to think loving thoughts, to act from love to produce love for all!

It is important to invest time daily in Self-Care! With a strong, grounded, compassionate self, you can be of help to others. But only after you have helped yourself 1st. Affirmations are a great way to do this & these are a good start!

I feel calmer! I just need to learn to respect myself and my energy for what I can give to others. Practicing all of these forms of meditating has made me a better person as long as I stay away from p
Give to others regarding my energy. I have to stay away from People that get me fired up. I will respect myself and meditate practicing self love and self respect!
Negative head space
I was in a negative head space for most of the day. Thinking about what ifs and remorse of the past. I have to get right with god and practice the program.

The feeling of guilt
Saying those affirmations really woke up my mind and how I tend to treat myself. I always put others (kids, husband) before myself, but I don’t treat myself that way. I usually have negative talk about how I could have done more or done better. Now the guilt is setting in because I know that if I don’t take care of myself, I wouldn’t be able to do it for others.
I had to listen several times to really comprehend the exercise and to apply the affirmations. I do have memory problems and find notes helpful. The difference today is I repeated the affirmations out loud. For me, downloading and the ability for me to go back several times is rewarding. (Only the ones that really touch my soul)
Self care affirmations
I felt relaxed and lighter. My mood improved and I feel like I can now take in the day.

Feeling more grounded and centred
I’ve learned that self care can be achieved by taking only a few minutes of these affirmations to find peace and calm and that can be very impactful for the rest of my day
