I learned that I have the pen to my own story. I have the control over my story and it’s not like what I thought or believed which made me think my life and I was in others peoples control.

I learned this morning sometimes our thoughts are just thoughts and they can form your reality but only the good ones are allowed within my mind! I will not let others thoughts affect my thought processes and with this I have GRACE! Walk with pride and hold yourself accountable! Enjoy being within this GRACE, pain is a catalyst for confidence! Sleep and rest in this mantra!
