Unexpected feelings
I learned that starting your morning with affirmations is the right way to start your day! Loved this meditation, I actually feel emotional after it and having a little cry I don’t know why, I guess I haven’t been so kind to myself lately and I needed this. Thank you so much
I am always on edge, walking on eggshells. Life at home is tense most of the time with anger from every direction in the world is directed towards me and I have to be on point and mind everything I say and do. I need to listen to this often and get my head around a different way of life. Thank you 😊
