The Universe
Knowing that the universe does indeed take care of itself gives me freedom from worry. When I don't worry, I smile more. It feels fabulous! 💖

Surrendering control to the universe
Hearing that the universe takes care of itself was a humble reminder that my anxiety and fears can be released when I surrender to what will be. This brought me so much peace and comfort. Often I can feel myself trying to hold the universe in my hands, like catching running water and it is a fruitless task. Remembering to smile, breathe, and show gratitude throughout the day will help me stay present and stray from trying to control the universe and outcomes that are out of my control. And then the water can simply wash over my hands and cleanse them, which leaves me feeling refreshed and pure instead of anxious and fearful. Thank you for this humble reminder 🙏🏻

If I let the universe take care of itself
I am lighter, without those tight shoulders and neck, those clinched fingers, that nervous tension that attacks my colon, that war I declare to myself.... If I let the universe take care of itself, it is because I respect, it is because I trust, it is because my love is true

Affirmation
I find mentally saying affirmations to be very powerful for me. I also find I can focus on my breathing and allow the universe to take care of itself. This time is for me alone.

Simple, yet powerful 💜
This meditation is so powerful. For me it helped me truly feel one and in complete openness with the Universe. I love affirmations about letting go and basking in the knowledge that the Universe has you right where you are meant to be, you just have to have an open mind as well as an open heart to see it. Embrace the Universe and embrace yourself for who/what/where you’re supposed to be. Thank you and namaste. 🙏🏻

Care
I learned in the past year that putting myself first is not selfish, its self love.

Affirmations
I stumbled on this meditation and am very glad I did. I’ve never much liked affirmations, though I think they may be helpful to some. This meditation that includes smiling more and letting the universe take care of itself is very empowering. I want to listen to it often.

Sweet spot
I learned that I could just let go and become totally calm by repeating the affirmation. I was already smiling at the point the instructor suggested it and I didn’t want it to end. Thanks 🙏

Day 1
I liked the visualization of the clouds and sky in my first meditation. I sometimes get stressed out while meditating because I can’t keep from thinking, but it was helpful to think of the thoughts as passing clouds and of my mind as the wide-open Sky. It made me feel as though I will get to a clear blue sky if I keep practicing meditations.

Settled
Thank you! This totally settled me, I can hear the buzz in me today instead of being the buzz. I also added “I let the universe take care of me”

Short and sweet. 🍭🍬🍦
I really liked this short and sweet affirmation. I chose three minutes instead of seven. Lauren is extremely talented at teaching mindfulness. Thank you! ✨🌈💖

Hits the spot
I used the quick 3 minute affirmation. It hits the spot on slowing down and taking a moment for yourself. Breathe

Sweet Spot
Repeating Lauren’s affirmation, I am reminded of another affirmation I heard from Nitima’s Mindful Affirmations for Love and Relationships meditation. It goes along as, “I trust the Universe to give me the right things at the right time”. When we allow the Universe to take care of itself, we can begin to let go of things that we cannot change and that are out of our control. We can breath a little deeper, smile a little more, say ‘Thank You’ a little more. Today, I will count my blessings. I will practice kindness. I will let go of what I cannot change nor control. I will be productive, yet calm. And, I will remember to just breathe! Ah, the awesome feeling I got when I entered this sweet spot! I will take this sense of aliveness with me as I go about my day! Thank you, Lauren! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
