I ❤️ breathe meditations
I love the tingling feeling I get around my heart when I do a breathe meditation. When I was asked to think about a friend or pet, I could help but think about the people I have gotten to known here on Aura. I noticed the tingling got stronger.

My breath is here as a constant companion to gently rock and soothe me. I can't help but smile with that new perspective. All day, all night my breath is literally giving me life. How can I walk with this knowledge and not feel empowered? I am a living miracle with all I need right here inside me.

Take it a step at a time
I learned that you must go on your own place when trying something new that may seem challenging for you at first. Take a break and breath analyze it and break it down rather then stressing yourself out.

Ebb and Flow
Just as one might become mesmerized by the ocean, I felt completely lost in the experience of my breath in this meditation. One hand on my heart and the other on my solar plexus really helped me to feel the rhythmic ebb and flow of my breath. I loved this meditation and feel very relaxed just as if I heard the waves lulling me to sleep.

I’m always so grounded and relaxed during breathing meditation. I sometimes wish I could put my body in slo-mo mode for the day so I could have/keep this feeling, instead of having something happen to remind me to stop and take a few mindful moments to breathe.

As I let go of all thoughts I start to notice myself more. I am able to focus on my body’s natural reflexes. You don’t have to focus on being in control. I can just be and breath. I’m learning that I don’t have to be alone when meditating either. For this one I rested my head on my SO and listened to his breath. How different it is than mine. How again, I can focus on that breath, feel it, but not purposely control it.

My first mediation
When I first started the 4 minute mediation I felt slightly distracted by the noise around me. I was focusing a lot on my breathing and just the feeling of my body going in and out, I tilted my head back and all of a sudden I just felt this relief I felt weightless for a moment. It was a quick feeling and I’m excited to tap into that more.

When sitting on the floor,I get distracted by a tightness in my back. I have to be in a recliner with my legs up or actually lying down to be able to really concentrate. I wish that I knew what exercises would improve my sitting comfort.
