In this practice, we cultivate a deep sense of kindness towards ourselves. Sometimes our judging minds can get the better of us or we can feel isolated or alone being neurodivergent. In this meditation we bring our attention to the breath, gentle kind phrases & a sense of being held by the earth. This helps us to begin to relate to ourselves with kindness. Mindfulness is a practice so please go gently & know that this skill takes time to cultivate. Please explore my other recordings as different meditations suit us at different times. Please note: If you are struggling with your ADHD it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used alongside therapy to help support you.
