Mantra involves using a word or sound to enhance focus and concentration. In this practice, I suggest inserting a helpful word after each breath cycle to sustain attention to the present moment. For individuals with ADHD, this can aid in quieting a busy mind. Words like "love" or "peace" can foster presence. Mindfulness is a practice so please go gently & know that this skill takes time to cultivate. Please explore my other recordings as different meditations suit us at different times. Please note: If you are struggling with your ADHD it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used alongside therapy to help support you.
