This guided meditation will help you listen to your inner voice and channel the wisdom of the divine. Let your eyes close gently, and take a big, deep breath in. Let it fill your chest and your belly with air. Hold it at the top for just a moment. And then exhale, breathing all the air out. PAUSE Breathe in deep again, imagining the air gathering every piece of tension and stress, hold it again at the top. And then let it out, releasing everything inside.
